Forgot Username and/or Password?

If you’ve forgotten your Spectrum username or password, you can reset them.

Note: If you have a Spectrum email account, make sure you use your full username to sign in to your account.

1. On the Spectrum.net homepage, select Forgot Username or Password?

2. Select an option to confirm your account on the next screen, confirm you’re not a robot and select Next.

  1. To complete the process, you’ll be asked to verify your account by text, email or automated call.
  2. Enter the six-digit verification code sent via the communication method of your choice to retrieve your username or change your password.

Note: If you change your Spectrum.net password, you’ll need to update your sign-in information to access your Spectrum email, My Spectrum App, the Spectrum TV app, and the TV channel apps. Find out more about changing your password.

SpectrumTV.com Error Codes

Some channels and programs are available only when you're connected to your In-Home WiFi. Make sure you’re connected to your In-Home WiFi network, then restart the app and try again.

Seeing a Different Error Code?

Try the following steps to resolve many of the most common issues with SpectrumTV.com and the Spectrum TV app:
